I'm so glad you are here.  My journey started years ago when my daughter was injured on the basketball court. What should have taken weeks to recover, only took days with the support of essential oils. The results were phenomenal; I was extremely impressed at the speed of healing. Could this also help my friends, others, me? For that reason, I began my journey with extensive research and education. Yes! I discovered a whole world of natural alternatives that literally changed my life journey and enabled me to help and better serve others. 

After getting certified for body aromatherapy, I continued my education achieving a Clinical Aromatherapist Certification and license through the National Therapies Board. 

Naturally, this lead me to reflexology which has the ability to stimulate nerve function, increase energy, feelings of balance, calmness, joy, and a deep state of relaxation.
